Ron Hardy for Oshkosh Common Council

Ron Hardy is a former Chair of the City of Oshkosh Sustainability Advisory Board (formerly known as the Energy and Environment Board). He is a Librarian at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh as Head of Collections and Access Services setting budget priorities for library collections. He has been active on campus supporting student organizations – he was awarded Student Group Adviser of the Year for his work with the student group Rainbow Alliance for HOPE, was the Adviser for Students for a Fair Wisconsin, and is currently the Adviser for the Oshkosh Gaming Society. He is the Chair of the Lake Winnebago Green Party. Ron and his family own a house on N. Main St., and his oldest daughter attends Merrill Elementary. He has lived in Oshkosh since 2004.
